1. Verification at the Time of Delivery (On-Spot Check)
Since you pay only after receiving the goods, we strongly encourage all customers to check the quality, quantity, and condition of the products in front of the delivery agent before making the payment.
- Perishable Items (Groceries, Fish, Meat, Vegetables, etc.): Any issues regarding freshness, weight, or damage must be reported immediately to the delivery agent. You can return the damaged or incorrect item directly to the agent without paying for that specific item.
- Non-Perishable Items (Kitchen Appliances, Pet Care, Health Products): Please check for physical damages or mismatches before making the final payment to the delivery person.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
If you notice any defect or issue after the delivery agent has left, please notify us within 1-2 hours of receiving the order.
- Eligible for Return/Exchange: If the product delivered is damaged, expired, defective, or completely different from what you ordered.
- Condition for Return: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags/invoices intact.
- Process: Contact our customer support via phone or message. We will arrange a replacement or collect the item on our next delivery cycle at no extra delivery cost to you.
3. Refund Policy (Since It's Cash on Delivery)
As we do not take any advance payments, traditional financial refunds (like bKash/Nagad/Bank reversals) are generally not required. However:
- If you have paid for a product that later turns out to have a hidden factory defect (applicable for kitchen appliances), we will either replace the product for free or refund the exact amount via bKash, Nagad, or Cash within 3–5 working days after validating the claim.
4. Cancellation Policy
You hold the right to cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched from our hub. If you wish to cancel an order after it has reached your doorstep due to a change of mind, you may do so by paying only the basic delivery charge (20 BDT) to compensate our delivery rider.
